Delivery

We deliver worldwide, every day during weekdays, so your order will be in good hands. We strive to ship all orders the very same day they come in.

Shipping fees

  • Netherlands:  € 2,50 small items / € 5 large items
  • Europe: € 3,50 small items / € 7,50 large items
  • Worldwide: € 10 small items / € 15 large items

  • Orders above € 150, free shipping to NL, BE, LU, DE.

Packaging

We gift wrap each order. (Simply because we love receiving gifts ourselves.)


Customs and import duties

We are designers, not tax consultants. We unfortunately have no control over customs and import duties outside of the European Union. It is your own responsibility to pay import duties and any other applicable taxes.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Keecie product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. We will then refund your purchase amount. (Please note that you will have to pay for the costs of returning the product to us.)


You may return your Keecie product in its original state to our studio address (please include your name and your IBAN bank account number).

Good to know

Leather sample

If you would like to receive a free leather sample of your order, just contact us by email stating your address, the colour and name of the product, and we will send it to you.


Payment

You can pay securely via iDeal, Paypal or by credit card.


Privacy

We respect the privacy of our customers. Therefore your personal data will be treated as strictly confidential. We will only use this information to process your order as efficiently and effectively as possible. Under no circumstances will we share your personal information with third parties.


Stock

Although we have a large number of products in stock, it is possible that an item is temporarily sold out. In that case, do not despair: we will inform you immediately upon receiving your order and in most cases we will be able to provide you with an estimated arrival date. (If this date is not suitable for you, you are of course free to cancel your order with us.)
