Keecie understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your information is used and shared online. We respect and value the privacy of everyone who visits our site and will only collect and use information in ways that are useful to you and in a manner consistent with your rights and our obligations under the law.
What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information, address, VAT number or other details to help you with your experience.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order or subscribe to a newsletter.
How do we use your information?
We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

• To quickly process your transactions.
• To ask for ratings and reviews of services or products
Our online store is developed with software from Magento. Personally identifiable information you gave to us is shared with this party. Magento has access to your information to give us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Magento is based on the agreement we have concluded with them required to appropriate security measures. These security measures include the application of SSL encryption, strong password policies and secure data storage. Magento reserves the right to data collected within the own group and affiliated partners to further improve the service. Magento takes into account the valid legal retention periods for (personal) data.
Our online store is hosted by Hipex. Personally identifiable information from you is shared with this party to ensure the best service for you. Hipex has access to your information to give us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Hipex is based on the agreement we have concluded with them required to appropriate security measures. These security measures include the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. There are regular backups made to prevent loss of data.
We take Web hosting and email services off of Hipex and Gmail processes personal data on behalf of us and uses your data for its own purposes. This party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data. Hipex and Gmail have appropriate technical and organisational measures taken to loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Hipex and Gmail is under the agreement to secrecy.
Our Magento online store is linked with software of accounting system Snelstart. We use an S-connect link, and S for Software maintains this link and gives us technical support. Personally identifiable information from you is shared with this party to ensure the best service for you. S for Software has access to your information They will never use your data for any other purpose. S for Software is based on the agreement we have concluded with them required to appropriate security measures. These security measures include the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. There are regular backups made to prevent loss of data.
E-mail, newsletter, mailinglists.
If you place an order in our online store and at least give us your name and mail-address, we obtain this in our customer base and thus automatically in the mail file for our newsletter.
You can also register yourself for our newsletter through our website. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your registration. Your email address will then be obtained into our customer base and checked.
Our newsletter is sent, in principle not more than once a month. Only in very special cases, we may exceptionally decide to send an extra newsletter. Our newsletter contains information that is important for you as a customer of Keecie: changes to our company information and organization, news about our activities, product information, special offers, announcements, fairs, shows and events. At the bottom of each newsletter we send you an 'unsubscribe' link. If you click on this you will not receive more of our newsletters.
To handle payments in our shop, we use the platform payment processor Buckaroo and Paypal. In addition, we make use of ING bank and bank transfers for PIN payments to SumUp. Our payment processors can process the following personal data: name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number, total amount of your order and order number.
The payment processors have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. The payment processors retain the right to use your information to improve their service and share (anonymized) data with third parties. The payment processors share in the case of an application for a deferred payment (credit facility) personal data and information relating to your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the above mentioned guarantees relating to the protection of your personal data shall also apply to the parts of the services for which they enable third party payment processors. The payment processors keep your data no longer than the statutory time limits is allowed.
We collect reviews via the platform of Feedback Company. If you leave a review via Feedback Company then you are required to enter your name, city and email address. Feedback Company shares this information with us, so that we can link the review to your order. Feedback Company publishes your name and domicile also feedback on the website. In some cases, Feedback Company contacts you for an explanation on your review. In the event that we invite you to leave a review we will share your name and email address and information relating to your order with Feedback Company. They use this information only for the purpose to invite you to leave a review. Feedback Company has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Feedback Company reserves the right to use third parties, for the purpose of delivering their services. For this we have given permission to Feedback Company. All the above mentioned guarantees relating to the protection of your personal data shall also apply to the parts of the services for which third party are used by Feedback Company.
Shipping and logistics
If you place an order with us, it is our task to ship your package. We use the services of GLS, FedEx, Skynet and PostNL to do the deliveries. It is for that, we need to share your name, address and residence details with GLS, FedEx, Skynet or PostNL parts. GLS, FedEx, Skynet and PostNL only use this information to deliver their service.. In the case that GLS, FedEx, Skynet and PostNL will use subcontractors, then they will share your information with these parties.
Invoicing and accounting
For our administration and accounting we use the services of Snelstart. We share your (company) name, address, residence information, email address, phone number, possibly VAT number and details regarding your order. This information is used for the administration of sales invoices. Your personal details are protected and stored. Snelstart is forced to secrecy and will treat your data confidentially. Snelstart doesn’t use your personal information for any purpose other than described above.
Automatically collected data
Data that are automatically collected by our website are processed with the objective to gain insight into the functioning of our website and to improve our services further. This information (for example, your IP address, Web browser and operating system) is not personal data.
Cooperation in fiscal and criminal investigation
Keecie can in some cases be kept under a legal obligation to share your data related to fiscal or criminal investigation with the Government. In such a case we are forced to share your information, but we will resist this within the possibilities that the law provides us.
We will retain your information for as long as you are a customer. This means we keep your customer data until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. Indicate this with us and we will perceive it as a forget request. We have legal obligations regarding the applicable administrative invoices with your (personal) data, so we keep these data as long as the applicable period runs.
On the basis of the applicable Dutch and European legislation as a data subject, you have certain rights with regard to the personal data that are processed by us or on our behalf. We explain below what rights these are and how you can rely on these rights. In principle we will send transcripts and copies of your data with us already known only to your email address, to prevent abuse.
Right to inspection
You always have the right to review the data that we (have) processed and related to your person or traceable. You can do a request regarding this to our contact for privacy issues. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is accepted we will send you by email a copy of all information with an overview of the processors who have this information among themselves, indicating the category under which we have stored this data.

In all probability we can in such a case, no longer continue our service for you, because the safe coupling of data files then can no longer be guaranteed.
Right to object and other duties
In concerning cases, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Keecie. If you object we will immediately cease processing the data pending the settlement of your objection. When your objection is settled we will make transcripts and/or copies of information available to you and then permanently discontinue processing. In addition, you have the right not to be subjected to automated individual decisions or profiling. We process your data not in such a way that this law is applicable. What are cookies?
A cookie is a small digital file that this website sends to your computer through your browser. The cookie will be saved on the hard disk of your computer. Cookies collect and save information which the browser will send back to our website, when you visit the website again. This can be very useful to remember your account information, for example.
